Catering

Catered events are based on a minimum of 10 people, and must be booked at the time of confirming your group booking. Catering options are provided by an excellent local chef who specialises in organic local produce and exceptional dishes.

Option 1:

The ‘Working Lunch’ – Sandwich/ wrap option with selection of 4 types of fillings and toppings eg .. smoked salmon cream cheese rolls / organic salad sandwich / vegan and veg./ crostinnis with tomato mozzerella / or poached pear and blue chees / or Pate Una Chicken liver... various dips.with crudites and bread sticks./ or filled baby savoury pastries.

Option 2:

The full cold buffet: Irish tapas platter of meats /salads and fish from local suppliers / breads and accompaniments - up to 15 people €30pp, 15 plus people €25pp

 

Option 3:

The full hot and cold buffet: Hot and cold Irish tapas, Irish tapas platter hot and coldBuffet/ salads, artisan meats/ a bowl of Murphys. casserole with rice... /Childrens menu: chicken nuggets, maccaroni cheese. breads crackers 3 local cheeses... chocolates. - up to 15 people €40pp, 15 plus people €35pp

Drinks Options:

Option 1: Coffee, tea and fruit juices/cans of fizzy drinks - €5pp

Option 2: White/red wine - (2 standard glasses per person) - €10pp
